Important Challenge Faced Presently in Managing Health Care Organizations
The present course, Administration Long-Term Care I (HLTH333), has introduced me to the concept of providing long-term care services to people, who are ill since a long time, are suffering from a terminal disease or are under the chronic stage of the disease. Hence, such kinds of service users need prolonged period or regime of care facilities that can help in the management or, in case of curable diseases, the cure of the diseases (Klimaviciute & Pestieau, 2018). However, I faced an issue in understanding the bases, on which the most suitable kind of long-term care provision can be given to the required service user.
