PERSPECTIVES AND SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES 
The following four perspectives can be applied to the Brotherhood of St. Laurence.  
1. Financial Performance 
Donations from financial donors: For the next financial year, the organisation can aim to increase its donation by 
25 % which will be a quantitative aspect. Apart from that, the organisation needs to improve the quality of donors 
which can come from people who are philanthropist and socially include individuals who do not have any criminal 
or civil lawsuits against them. This will eliminate the conflict of interest.  
2. Customer Value Performance 
Customer Loyalty/Recognition: This is with respect to the consistency of customer satisfaction that is achieved by 
the organisation over the period of specified period. The customer delight level can be measured by recording 
number of customers engaged with the organisation for a longer period of time which should be increased to double 
of what is presently maintained.  
3. Internal Business Process Performance 
Service Efficiency: The volunteers associated with the organisation need to make an impact in the society with 
efficient methods and increased awareness regrading poverty and people living under poverty. This includes using 
technology and new means of making people aware of the problems confronted by the poor and disabled people. 
The number of people educated and made aware of this should increase to 100 per month. 
4. Organizational Learning or Employee Performance 
Morale: The volunteers should be able to maintain a minimum level of motivation and drive while working. The 90 
% of the volunteers should be extremely driven and identify with the cause.
