If any business wants to meet the target have to compulsorily conduct a consumer want and need analysis. It the consumers are the local and the global stakeholder of L’Oreal. This analysis will also help to conduct a research of the companies not performing well and are losing money as a result. The other group will be the employees of the company to analyse if they are performing well to the best of their capabilities and are causing L’Oreal to lose money. If there is any department or any employee who are not performing as prescribed then there is no point keeping them. It will be the management who will be another stakeholder and if the departments are not supervised properly then there can be mistakes. It is the management who must know their departments’ strengths and weaknesses and take the opportunity of co
