PICOT QUESTION THAT I HAVE IS:
For older adults residing in long-term care and hospital settings, does turning the residents every 2 hours compared to using a low air loss mattress decrease the prevalence of pressure ulcer development during their Length Of Stay?
For your final presentation, you will expand on the PICOT question and topic that you chose in week 2.Â
You will identify 3 studies that relate to your topic that uses a statistical analysis to discuss the findings. Please note, these studies must be cu
ent (within the last 5-7 years). For each study, you will succinctly summarize the study’s research hypothesis, what sampling method was used, what graphs were used to display the results of the study, which methods were used for the data analysis, the results of the study, and if the researcher was able to reject the null hypothesis. After discussing the 3 articles, you will then include a slide that does a summary of your findings and how they relate to your topic.Â
This presentation will be done as a PowerPoint presentation with voiceover. For each slide, you will use bullet points to share what each slide will discuss. Do not read directly from the slide. Instead, expand on the bullet points so that each slide is covered appropriately. Be sure to find a PowerPoint template that is appealing to the readers and is able to clearly organize your content within the presentation.
Below is an outline for your slides. You may need additional slides to fully cover the details of each summary. Review the ru
ic below to ensure you cover all the components in your presentation for optimal points.
