Reexamine the three topics you picked last week. Research and find case studies related to your topics (confidentiality, end-of-life issues and mental illness). Now, break out each case into a list of ethical and legal considerations that might help to analyze each case—summarize the considerations in two paragraphs for each case.

For each case, also ask one legal and one ethical question that might present. Consider the principles of ethics from Week 1 and the laws addressed this week. You should also use outside references to dig deeper into each case for your list.

Ethical & Legal Consideration of Cases 
Confidentiality 
The ethical responsibility of confidentiality should be adjusted against the competing moral 
contemplations or the legal or proficient prerequisites that call for exposure of data which is 
obtained in the research. For instance, in exceptional conditions, specialists might be liable to 
commitments to report data to experts to secure the wellbeing, life or the safety of a member or 
any third party member. The researchers are relied upon to know about moral codes, (for 
example, proficient sets of principles) or laws (e.g., those requiring the announcing of kids need 
some protection) that may require revelation of data they get in an exploration setting. The third 
party member may look for access to the confident data. The access request looks for intentional 
exposure of data, or may try to constrain revelation through the force of law. (Government of

A few controls in U.S. legal code stipulate the obligations of normal bearers (these are

that includes that of different bearers. In order to make the privacy of customer information 
section, this law expresses that any restrictive data should be utilized expressly to provide the 
services but not for marketing purposes, and that bearers can't unveil this data aside from when
