For better analysis and to get a favourable outcome form sampling process the entire elements of the plan has to be ethical. There should be an ethical approach to the sample size. (Suhonen et al. 2015). Though a very small sample size reduces the impact of the research study in healthcare, it is also seen that a very large sample size is an ethical concern as it creates a burden on more number of people in the study. The main elements of a sampling plan include the sampling strategy and design, sample size, determining the actual size of the sample and the recruitment plan of the same.
