The analysis was done on discrete variable which was praise notes given to students/day. Bi-
variate co
elations was used to check the relation between total praise notes given by
teachers and ODRs received by students who already had good ODR and rest of student body
separately- which is the right test for two discrete variables. But before this chi-sqaure
independence test could be done to determine if two variables were independent or not. Here
later z test was done to check difference between independent co
elations.
The research question was to see if praise notes given by teachers is spoiling them or the
