The Lady’s Dressing Room- Jonathan Smith
This entire poem has been addressed in a way that it ridicules and insults women for the time that they spend in their dressing rooms, putting on make-up and trying to please the world. The narrative describes how a boy feels about the stuff which he sees in the dressing room, when ‘Celia’ steps out of it after completing her make-up for “5 hours”.
