According to the chapter, communication needs skills. A well-constructed communication cannot be done in an instance if it lacks the proper context, background or human knowledge. The surrounding situation, society, community, religion and ethics play a crucial part in shaping the way of communication. A well-constructed communication needs integrity and intense approach that can only come from a suitable context.
