	Civil Rights Movement is by far, the most significant landmark in American history that details the protest for the right of equality in the societies of United States. However, the complex conditions involved with this protest was that the rights of equality were not inclusive with one race; the angle of gender based biases was also in focus. As per the observation made through the two chapter readings, women received least chances to participate initially in the process of movement. For example, in the great Washington march where more than twenty five thousand Black People marched in the form of procession, the historical records only celebrate the eloquence of MLK Jr. who delivered his famous I Have a Dream speech (Dubois & Dumenil, p. 574; 2019).  The name of Rosa Parks was included in the last minute to share this monumental platform which was not initially planned. Thus, the initial phases of the civil rights movement were diverse;
