In this highly complex globalized world, the global community is increasingly facing severe 
challenges of income inequality, ethical conflicts and environmental degradation. Rob Asghar 
(2015) in his article published in Forbes urged that every global entrepreneur must have a 
stronger and greater commitment towards the larger good. Every business must have a longer 
goal and care for its community. But he advocates that working through a separate corporate 
department will not be able to serve the purpose at a greater level. He compares CSR as the DNA 
of the human body and believes it should be inbuilt in every core act of the organization 
(Asghar.R.2015). 
In most of the developed world corporate social responsibility centers around the issues of  clean 
technology, alternative energy , environmental sustainability or the social welfare activities.
