Design a graphic organizer (such as a chart or table) that identifies a minimum of three quality measurement/improvement tools. Describe how they are used for measuring quality by at least four professionals in a health care organization. You must include at least one administrative health professional, one mid level provider, one physician, and one auxiliary staff member.

	In order to keep in track the progress for concentrating their efforts on the patient, physicians can use benchmarking. Inefficiencies can be monitored by the physicians with the help of relative value units (RVUs) every hour and year or evaluating visits every day leading to physician burnout and stress (Killick, Jolliffe & Willett, 2019).
	For charting things like improvement in quality, and immunization records run charts are essential for physicians. Smoking cessation, immunizations and lot more can be tracked in physician offices. 	To observe the progress of the patient’s baseline measurements would be the physicians. Data points as indicators are taken by baseline measurements and then eventual judgments are made about the record of quality of medicine at a particular time

	Benchmarks are used by nurses for monitoring supplies that are being used and ensure that supplies are not being wasted or stolen.
	The run chart is made in a graph of XY where time is represented in the x-axis and the outlook of the process, structure, or measurement of outcome is represented in y-axis. Progress of the patient is often measured by the nurses;
