Introduction
The life of a human being is dependent on various factors. It is a process of recognizing, learning and mastering our skills for determining the accurate path along with career for the future which will be based on individual personality. When we are unable to choose the right career, everything in life is being affected due to lack of motivation. Finding the right career is very difficult. It is extremely significant to find occupations which are as per our career choices, matches our self-concept and understand our personality types. For identifying the right career, we will discuss two theories which are Donald Super’s: Life Span – Life Space Developmental Theory and John Holland’s Theory of Vocational Choice and Personality Types Career Theory Application. Also, in this paper we will exhibit the counsellor setting of the school which is being resisted to the most relevant career based on the theories of Person-in-Environment Theory. 
Analysis
	The target audience which we have chosen for career counselling is student counselors who will be counselling the students who will help to make their career prospective and lucrative.
The Donald Super’s: Life Span Developmental Theory is based on the views of life-span with respect to the career development. This theory emphasizes on the self-concept along with life space and span for the study of career pattern. The developmental theory helps in identifying the changes in life which are experienced by the people throughout the years at different point of time. In the life of every individual there must be a clear concept on career development. By clearly understanding their own roles in family or social group, helps them in understanding what they expect from their career. 
The career stages consist of growth, investigation, conservation, formation and detachment. The developmental tasks consist of crystallization, specification and implementation along with exploration, stabilizing, merging and progression under formation, maintenance, informing, innovation under maintenance and decelerating under disengagement. The life-spaces on the other hand consists of varied roles which the people experience in their lives. Hence, none other than the individual himself can choose the career of the individual other than the individual themselves.
