It can be said that there are some of the actions that constitute discrimination that consists of:
· Paying the men more than the females when they are assigned with similar duties. However, it is quite common in the workplace. The employer may also consider men to be more superior than women therefore inequality in their salary is witnessed even though they have been assigned similar roles (Lippert-Rasmussen, 2014).
· When the whites are treated by the police to be superior to the blacks and so the blacks are treated differently.
