However, because of the logistical constraints encompassing adherent cell line mechanisms, including heavy equipment footprints, labor-intensive procedures, and time and higher costs per dosage, production is constrained. Researchers resolved this limitation by developing a viral vaccine production programme based on the unique single-use scale-XTM carbo bioreactor. The authors introduce a new bioreactor system that enables a cost-effective and scalable method for the production of viral vaccines.
