Introduction
Hypertension is also named as high blood pressure. Serious complications can occur and may increase the risks of heart failure, stroke and death because of hypertension. High blood pressure is the high pressure of the blood on the blood vessels wall. This pressure is dependent on the work being done by heart as well as on blood vessels resistance. According to the medical guidelines issued in November 2017 by American Heart Association, during hypertension blood pressure is higher than approximately 130 over 80 mm of the mercury (Dogru, 2018).

Some officials define primary hypertension as hypertension with the primarily known explanation, but for other reasons, it is important to explain the reasons for excessive use of sodium and potassium use. Secondary hypertension shows that hypertension is the result of a typical specialized disease (such as kidney disease, aorta and kidney arteries, or endocrine disorders such as excess aldosterone, cortisol or catecholamines (Williams, 2015). Hypertension is one of the major risk factors for cardiovascular disease, coronary artery disease, stroke, hypertensive inflammation, peripheral artery disease, as well as acute kidney disease.
