Introduction
    In a rapidly changing world, the scenario of care provided through RNPs is becoming more and more challenging. It becomes complicated to the nurse leaders in particular to maintain that desired work life balances. There is rarely a one-size-fits-all job description for a nurse because of the various fields in this profession. Nurses can decide to work in many different settings and choose from a wide range of specialties.  In order to assess the workplace based challenges as well as to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses that a nurse leader might encounter in personal attribute development process as leader, the following summative paper explores the interview findings. The interview was conducted on Monday last week and the nurse leader chosen for this interview is James Sunga. She holds working experience of ten years in Tele-Health sector. Prior to the interview, a formal appointment was taken and on the scheduled day, the following findings of the interview were recorded.
Interview Objectives
    In order to make sure that the workplace based challenges are well observed and processed through interview questions, James was asked about what kind of workplace based pressure he feels when he is at work. He responded to the question of pressure as something that helps him in improving the quality of care provided to the patients. In fact, the main objective behind setting up the interview question was to know the grey areas of the working style of nursing leaders; it was to evaluate what makes them as great leaders in their areas of expertise.
