    The ethical dilemma has now become a common tern in the organizations and also in the professional lives of the employees who work in the different organizations. An ethical dilemma is nothing but a situation when the concerned person faces a decision-making problem between two possible moral imperatives (Kim et al., 2017). Ethical dilemma might impact the employees and the concerned organizations in different ways, and that is discussed in this study. Sometimes the ethical dilemma is also loosely refe
ed as an ethical paradox. In ethical dilemma situation, the subjected person has to take a decision that is neither moral nor co
ect, but they need to take those decisions because of the situational pressure or the order from the management (Fahie, 2014). In this study, several aspects of the ethical dilemma will be discussed and analyzed.
Incident
    This course of the study is dealing with such a scenario when an employee has been ordered to go live with an IT project that is untested. In the given situation the employees' interaction with the management personnel; shows that the management personnel desperately wants to go live on Monday with an IT tool or project, as he has promised his client. In this context, the boss or the management of the concerned organization will not listen to any excuse and wants to make the live demonstration with untested IT product on Monday.
Doing ethics technique
    Doing ethics technique is also known as DET, it is used typo resolve the issues of taking the ethical and non-ethical decisions in the context of the ethical dilemma (Welsh & Ordóñez, 2014). This technique is a specialized technique in dilemma management, and it gets started by evaluating the basic criteria and information that are related to the concerned incident and in the second step, this technique also looks for some of the answers from the concerned situation (Noje et al., 2017).
