Introduction
This report examined at the practice of Governments divesting some of their administrative functions to NGOs (Non-Government Organizations). This practice often, but not always, includes paying the NGO a sum of money to process and administer clients on behalf of the Government.  This assignment saw the NGO process members of society, who they would normally help and support, on behalf of the Government for various support services. This also included identifying the client and assisting them to create a digital ID to access these services. But, any approach to divestment comes with risks to information security and privacy and may also have an ethical effect.   
Now, the government is asking to centralize the application in a single Web portal called MySupport to store the client agent's update license. This policy allows the same workflow for license requests and renewals for all virtual licenses, even if there is a significant difference in data. MySupport is expected to provide new opportunities for the government to better understand citizen licenses and better integrate the information and license information they have. We encourage citizens to register on MySupport to create their own digital identity. This will allow the user to view information about their license on a single page. The government can also benefit from these data. The license acquisition and update process will also be simplified. This assessment will focus on the personal and ethical implications for the privacy of individual clients of an NGO that has adopted the MySupport approach. The personal and ethical implications for the security of individual clients of an NGO that has adopted the MySupport approach are also discussed in this report. Finally, recommendations to a client of an NGO that has adopted the MySupport approach in order to protect their individual privacy and the security of their information and digital ID are also highlighted in this report.

Lack of Funds
Numerous NGOs find it hard to get enough and sustained financial support for their functions. Approach to suitable donors is mainconstituent of this defy. They might have inadequate resource mobilization abilities in the local area, so they wait for global donors to contact them. Existing donors might change priorities and take out funds. NGOs may generally lack project, financialand organizationalsustainability(Balebako&Cranor, 2014).
Absence of Strategic Planning
Several NGOs lack cohesive tactical plan that will promote the success of their missionsandactivities. This prevents them from efficiently raising and using monetary support.
Poor Governance and Networking
Lack of effectual governance is very communal among NGOs. Various people lack understanding of why they should have board of directors as well as how to establish a board. The founders may be extremely focused on operating NGOs for their personal purposes; though, governance is the foundation of transparency.
Poor network or chaos is another main challenge because it can lead to duplication of work, time inefficiency, strategic conflicts, and incapability to learn from the experience. More and more NGOs converse with each other and with international non-governmental organizations (INGOs),in addition, the entire community, all of which work better. However, many NGOs believe that international NGOs hinder or even threaten their objectives and tasks(BRYCE, 2012).
Many NGOs don’t make the most of existing technologies to promote better networkingandcommunication. More efficient use of the technology can help NGOs keep a
east of significantglobal, national and regionalissues(Condra, 2017).
Limited Capacity
Non-governmental organizations often dearth the organizationaland technicalcapacity to execute and fulfil their mission, in addition, few are ableor willingto invest in capacity building training. Weak capacity can affect fundraising, governance, leadership and technology.
For the privacy of individual clients of an NGO that has adopted the MySupport approach and in order to protect their individual privacy and the security of their information and digital ID NGO must take following steps:
