Agile software development is both an incremental and iterative software development methodology.
A working understanding of Agile methodology is critical to IS project management. This group
assessment requires you to present your understanding of an aspect of Agile methodology or a specific
implementation of Agile (e.g. Scrum) and apply it to a real-life IS project.

Instructions:

1. Choose an implementation of Agile Software Development Methodology (‘Agile’), which
includes:
ï‚· Extreme Programming (XP);

values?
Q2. What are the twelve Agile manifesto principles? What is the meaning of each of these
principles?
Q3. Conduct a comparison between Agile and the traditional predictive model. In what aspects
do they differ from each other? For example, their attitude towards changes in the project.
