Exemplar Powerpoint
Introduction
• Introduce your assessment. Remember this is a power-point so you do not
need to write out your whole script. It needs to be engaging for the
listene
marker. You can use 1st person for this assessment. E.g. In this
video presentation I will be discussing………..
• What are some of the benefits to continually implementing evidence-based practice in a clinical
setting?
• What are some of the ba
iers that can prevent evidence-based being implemented into practice in
a clinical setting?
• Reflection on how you would deal with conflict in a clinical setting regarding a clinical decision you
have made. Discuss a conflict resolution strength you have and an area you can improve on.

Running Head: Implementation process of EBP
Implementation process of EBP         5
Slide 2 What are some of the benefits of implementing Evidence-based practice in a clinical setting?
EBP improves the efficacy, cost-effectiveness, and quality of psychotherapy therapies while lowering the risk of damage. EBP encourages the creation of new knowledge. EBP enhances practitioners' clinical decision-making by facilitating knowledge translation. Evidence-based practice is the explicit use of cu
ent evidence in making decisions about the individual patient's healthcare (Tuerk, Keller & Acierno, 2018). People or the viewers need to understand its advantages and benefits and the next section is going to describe it.
Slide 3
Speakers note
Evidence-based practise also promotes nursing since it keeps practises cu
ent and relevant, boosts nurses' confidence and decision-making abilities, and contributes to the profession's science. In the healthcare system, it always depends on the difference in practice and evidence. That refers to training their professional well-being and managing their passions and health care. EBP teaching was an implementation process of the EBP agenda resulting in a dependence on individual education or research. In the nursing process, it helps to identify different problems and gathers the best evidence for preventing those problems. During their clinics, practitioners also use this evidence to gain better patient outcomes. Higher-quality information on the best practice for the nurses, a higher success creates prevention and policies to greater their productivity (Ramanadhan et al., 2018). A huge amount of information on populations is a prelude to more sophisticated studies.
Slide 4 what are some of the ba
iers that can prevent evidence-based being implemented into practice in a clinical setting?
Lack of human resources (nurse shortage), lack of internet connection at work, severe workload, and lack of access to a comprehensive li
ary with nursing journals were the most often mentioned organisational impediments to EBP adoption. During evidence-based practice in a clinical setting people and professionals are facing different challenges (Ramanadhan et al., 2018). The next sections are going to describe those different ba
iers that prevent evidence-based practices in a clinical setting.
Slide 5
Speakers note
Time mismanagement, lack of expertise, bad attitude, lack of enthusiasm, lack of resources, and training were highlighted as hurdles to adopting EBP in this study. Individual and institutional ba
iers might be used to classify these obstacles. Some of the ba
iers that preserve to make evidence-based implications in the clinical setting were shortages of the nurses and professionals of the clinic or the organizations did not have many nurses for the heaths care services which can affect their business or heaths care services (Kendall & Frank, 2018). The next ba
iers lack leaders and managers who show the perfect directions to the client and solve various problems. Lack of evidence and organizational resources are also some other be
ies of the clinical settings. The professional ba
iers process also includes workload which is...
