1. How can you distinguish between important task and urgent tones?
Answer: Important tasks are the tasks that do not require your immediate attention but are required to be done soon. Whereas urgent tasks are the tasks that are needed to be dealt with as early as possible. Knowing the requirements and the deadlines of the task can be of great help while distinguishing between important and urgent tasks.
