Integrity is an essential part of any profession and if the act of the individual is affected by the external force which includes pressure, greed or competition in their decision making will lead to the unethical practices. In the context of the business law and accounting principles and methods, integrity plays an important role (Saint Leo University). Thus applying the ethical standard in daily as well as in business dealings is very necessary. Business integrity can be defined as the ethical behavior in the business transactions which is in line with the corporate principles and comply with the local, national and foreign laws. Thus in the profession of the lawyers and accountants they are obliged with their code of ethics and are required to act with integrity i.e. they have perform their duties with honesty.
