Conflict may be unpleasant in any area of our life, but it can become particularly difficult at work. Dealing with a problem at work sometimes seems like it would need a tremendous effort. The podcast have put together a team of conflict-resolution specialists to assist. TMI Consulting's founder and CEO, Tiffany Jana, offers her best advice for speaking up at work. 
According to her, the likelihood of confrontation at work has grown as anxiety and tensions are at an all-time high. This podcast have looked at the reasons why employers should intervene to resolve workplace conflict as well as its effects and causes. It provides recommendations on how to establish a work environment that respect, trust, equity, and values among all employees.  
The intricacies of the dispute-resolution processes are not included in the podcast though. Narrator wants to make it common for people to speak out when these things happen so that it isn't a secret, such as: Being as kind, succinct, and truthful as one can.
