In the presence of memorial rapid globalisation, it can be found that the organisation called test lays facing critical issues the toxic chemicals and radiation in the workplaces for the lithium batteries of electric vehicles. It has been also found that employees are also facing challenges for the highly radioactive lithium dioxide presence in the working atmosphere and also through consuming it in the everyday working process. Hence many of the employees also faced critical illness and skin diseases for the radioactivity of the toxic chemicals present in the workplace of Tesla (Cooke, 2020). Moreover in many cases employees also decided to leave the workplace or organization for their health and safety purposes (Naor, 2022). Therefore in the present scenario, most of the highly educated employees are also showing less interest and motive to work at Tesla and also to make a career with this organization. Hence as in the present scenario, most organizations are making sustainable, healthy, and safe maintenance workplaces for their employees, to have a better valuation in the market this advantage of Tesla, makes it a highly underestimated organization in the automobile competitive industry. It has been also found that the effectiveness of a highly polluted environment in the workplace also makes it negligence for employees to work which is creating a visible delay in the walking process and productivity also (Murdock et al. 2021). Moreover, as most of the employees in the present situation are only getting interested in an organization that has a highly sustainable and cross-cultural workplace and also has a positive environment that satisfies the workings also these aspects have taken one of the most considerable issues for the Tesla to solve and achieve appropriately for the workplace.
