Anova:
Anova is calculated two way anova or one way anova. In one way anova we find the total sum of squares, next sum of squares between groups and sum of squares within groups and conclude.
In two way anova, comparison is made between mean differences between more than one group where each group is split into factors. The main purpose of this is to understand if there is any interaction between the two independent variables i.e. factors and groups on dependent variable.
We treat each factor as a group and find differences between the groups. Sum of squares implies for each group the sum of (x-mean)^2. This is done for all entries i
espective of groups as a single test and this is the total sum of squares. Next is sum of squares between groups. Each group sum of squares is taken with the group respective mean and totaled. This is sum of squares within groups. Rowsxcolumns would be taking say operator I in Group I as a single group and finding out the sum of squares and adding.
SS within groups is done as taking mean of each group and treat them as X finding (x-mean)^2 for those means.

H0: There is no difference in the mean of operator I and II
Ha: There is significant difference
(Two tailed test at 1% significance...
