Further, it would be essential to understand that these nursing diagnoses could drive possible interventions, which might be required for family, patient as well as the community. The North American Nursing Diagnosis Association (NANDA) mentioned that a nursing refers to the process of clinical judgment concerning individual’s family, friends, community as well as other members associated with the patient and their actual or potential health issues.
