Radius of roller, R= 75 mm = 0.075 M
Speed of roller, VR = 18 m/s
Work piece size = 1500 x1500x25 (mm)
∆h= a= 0.1 mm
Speed of work piece, VO = 7.5 m/s
PR = Radial force
F= Tangential frictional force
FH= Horizontal component of Tangential frictional force
FH= F Cos α
Horizontal component of Radial force = PR Sin α
Work piece will be drawn if
