Introduction
Contemporary health issues including mental health remains the biggest and challenging areas to develop the training of new GPs in psychiatric issues. Mental health is continuing as professional development to reduce the health for updating and conducting professional development for reducing stigma of mental illness (Ducat et al. 2015). The study will focus on the continue focuses on professional development on domestic violence along with contemporary mental health issues for children and infants. Domestic violence in both Australian and international context can be included as affecting psychological and social factors of sufferers (Karytsas & Theodoropoulou, 2014). Additionally, Australian and international context would be discussed following psychological trauma and fear as result of domestic violence.

Domestic violence and socioeconomic factors can be considered as major issue including child abuse and psychological trauma which is seen in both Australian and international context. Family violence is used as understanding the best relationships and meaning of a relationship within a family (Newman et al. 2015). In Australia, domestic violence and socioeconomic factors are included with family to Indigenous people. Domestic violence of women is related to the family abuse and it can be violent day after day. 1 in 6 Australian women experienced physical or sexual violence from partner (Fischer et al. 2016). The socio economic factors can be engaged with grouping the intimate relationships including family and children member for developing the recognition of consideration in context of domestic violence. The factors in Queensland, Victoria, Australia can be defined with specific relationship status in society (Majumder et al. 2015). Systematic isolation from family and friends can be engaged with public and social circle with meeting the people for developing the custody and holding employment for earning the support from victims (Glass & Westmont, 2014). Psychological abuse and marking threats especially for child can be believed with victims with direct assaults for them. In Victoria, it is seen that family abuse can be conducted with intervention and assaults and increased rate in violence intervention orders to follow as socio-cultural initiations (Beck, 2015). There are risk factors to consider the experiences to undertake future prediction of domestic violence. Separated women according to social context may intensify the risk factors to involve the experience and violence to conduct the increasing of risk and severe state with suggesting the age difference in relationship and services (Kaa

Psychological factors can be affected with experiencing the violence and severe risk factors to enhance the suggestion for comparing the non-indigenous women. Psychological factors of domestic violence can be engaged with cultural and ethical values in this context (Olah et al. 2016). From childhood, it affects negatively as a complex disorders for identifying violence. Child and infant development can be associated with adverse outcomes for child’s development. An extensive research has shown as strong association with inter-parental conflicts to focus the children’s problem (Perlaviciute & Steg, 2014). Childhood is regarded as special protection and rights which are expected to start positively. An extensive research can be well protected and strong for inter-parental conflicts in home. According to Guan et al. (2014), infants are to develop the adverse outcomes on psychological factors for developing the childhood and infancy. Marital conflicts are conducted with more frequent and interpreting the data to domestic violence in Australian context (Ducat et al. 2015). It is found in Australian context that domestic violence can be varied as safety and security intensity for other specific effects as psychological disorders for children and infants. In spite of developing in healthy environment, infants are developing in unhealthy and abusive environment. A developing body of literature can be indicated to expose the domestic violence as risk factor to organise the experience to the response of child’s stress, fear, trauma and control (Fischer et al. 2016). Importance of caregivers to expose domestic violence can be child’s experience and source of fear for abusive practice within home.
