Introduction
Public health emergency is denoting the declaration of the World Health Organisation in case of the presence of an emergency in public health. This process is noticed with the presence of disease or emergency crisis on public health in the world. The emergency is public health is observed in the global world due to the widespread pandemic like COVID 19. This assignment is focused on the widespread of the pandemic, such as COVID 19 around the world. In that case, the presented scenario shows the second wave of that pandemic, which is highly noticed in Italy.
On this note, the discussion part of this assignment is focusing on the involvement of an emergency management plan for overcoming the crisis in Italy, which is observed due to the increasing rates of COVID 19 patients. With this respect, the discussion part of this assignment will offer recommendations for the successful management of the situation, which is presented due to the second wave of pandemic around the world and even in Italy.
1. Overview of Public Health Emergency
According to the reports, it is noticed that on the very beginning stage the impact of COVID 19 was observed in China. With time, the widespread of this virus was increased and for this WHO officially announced the out

With the overview of the reports, it is noticed that the widespread corona virus created death cases in 114 countries in the world (Coccia, 2020). With that respect, the world has witnessed the loss of human lives and this station is recognised as the worst pandemic cases. Furthermore, around the world, there were 45 million infected cases and that resulted in approximately 1.12 million deaths (Guglielmi et al., 2020).
The wave of this virus in the European and American region creates new cases and deaths to human lives. This process analyses the requirement of the health system and emergency response plans to recover that situation in the highly affected country from the second wave of COVID 19.

Within that respect, Italy had become a new epicentre of this infectious virus. In that context, it is recognised that in this country, more than 53,000 active cases were recorded in March 2020. This process caused deaths of approximately 4800. The highest number of COVID 19 affected people was recorded in the last week of March.
With time, the number of active cases of this virus has increased in Italy. This process is recognised with the reported total 108,257 active cases in the peach of the first wave. In late May, the government of this country implemented different measures to reduce the impact of COVID 19 (Bontempi, 2020). However, the second wave of this pandemic occu
