Description
Case studies assess students’ understanding of concepts presented in weekly lectures
and tutorials by researching and analysing real life situations. This is a Group
assignment.
In this assignment, students are required to write a 2,500 to 2,600-word report. Students
are also required to submit a 5-6 minute PowerPoint presentation, with audio, discussing
the key points of the report. From the Insert tab, choose Insert Audio. Keep the na
ation
for each slide under 40 seconds.
• Identify two case studies of successful ERP implementations.
• For each case, explain why the ERP implementation project was considered a
success.
• For each case, discuss the factors that contributed to the success of the ERP
implementation project.
• What lessons can be learned from these cases?
You are required to use additional references to support your arguments. Your report
should be a synthesis of ideas researched from a variety of sources and expressed in
your own words. It should be written in clear English in electronic format as either a
Word document or a pdf file. This electronic file will be checked using Turnitin for any
evidence of plagiarism.
3
You are expected to use in-text citations to support your arguments which should be
eferenced in the normal Harvard referencing style.
Presentation
Students are required to create a short 5-6 minute presentation that includes audio
which presents a summary of the report findings. The presentation should consist of at
least 10 to 12 slides including the title slide and references slide. Keep your na
