Abstract
The internet of things has various applications in healthcare services, from remote monitoring to medical device integration and smart sensors. Particularly (IoT) has been applied to interconnect existing medical resources and provide effective, reliable and smart healthcare services to patients with chronic illness. But the issue related to this is the number of interconnected device and tremendous data they collect can be a challenge for hospital to manage and Also how to keep the data secured when it is exchanged with other devices (Chen,2016).
IoHT caters two very crucial purposes:  
a) Reduced healthcare cost affordable for a wider demographic.
b) Improved disease management which will give a better patient experience.
There are some areas where we have seen a significant difference to the healthcare business such as Data insights, quality control, transit management, drug development, collaboration etc. hence it is right to say IoT is a game-changer technology in healthcare ,but has it found acceptance yet?

The purpose of IoT health care is to collect tremendous amount of data and manage number of connected devices.
