1. Introduction
The required processes for insuring the collection, retrieval, distribution and generation of required information for any project execution mainly comes under the domain of communication management. The project managers working on different projects spend their most of the time to maintain their communication with the working team members. This time is spending to maintain the communicational flow among internal and external stakeholders. So, with communication management it becomes easy for any project manager to identify the involved stakeholders, make communication with them, distribute the required information to them, manage the expectations of all stakeholders, and generating report of project performance. The specific information related to development and execution of any project is mainly exchanged among different involved users with communication management. The effective communication among the project stakeholders is effectively ensured by technologies of communication management. The project information and its availability on timely manner are assured generating, collecting, distributing, storing, retrieving and disposition with specific communication tools.
The communication model developed with project management involves different key components and so, their understanding becomes essential. The communication is mainly conducted among the sender and receiver with a specific communication medium. The information of the communication message is decoded by the receiver by supplying the required credentials of communication management. The project success can be assured by the effective communication on easy bases. Most of the risks to the projects are because of improper communication. Most of the project failures are created by the improper uses of communication management. So, communication is the key stone on which complete success of any project is based. The increased performance of any project can easily be archived by the effective implementation of communication management. The handling of project risks becomes easy because of project used communication management. The interconnection of the top management with HR management, change management and resource management can easily be managed with the communication management.
