Prison reform can be an essential part of the government's social reform program. These reforms can address not only the operational tensions of dedicated and courageous employees who work in our prisons, but they can review the structural weaknesses that have long inhibited innovation and widespread reforms financing within the chain and employees can lay the foundation for safe and secure regimes, as we tend to move forward with radical reforms to unlock innovation, improve responsiveness and improve outcomes.” (Justice, 2016)
