In a separate document, you are asked to write a short essay of 500 words +/- 10% that discusses what you’ve reported on in Part B in relation to public health ethics.

Introduction
The interventions are described through NSP (National Strategic Plan) for combating against tuberculosis affecting the Indian population where factors like education and income are adding up to its prevalence. It is divided into 4 stages- detect in identifying population groups spreading TB, treating in providing the population with medications, preventing through healthcare, schemes formed for treating suspected ones and building the proper strengthen infrastructures and policies. The ethical analysis will be done on interventions through Upshur's principlist framework. Such framework refers to principles (harm, less coercive, reciprocity and transparency principle) having concepts from normative theories.
Discussion
The principlist framework by Upshur utilizes ethical concepts coming from normative theories. It has similarities with the Bioethics principles which are justice, beneficence non-malfeasance and autonomy. This framework has the intention of
inging clarity towards a few of the aspects form ethics in decisions involving public health for leading to practice and determining when actions of the public health are justified (4). It consists of 4 principles based upon the ethics of public health which are- harm principle, less coercive principle, reciprocity principle and transparency principle.
