Part-1 Introduction
The government of every country is held responsible for the health care quality being
provided to the public. The patients are not provided timely and appropriate treatments due to
poorly organized services at health care organizations; therefore there are increased reports its
suboptimal outcomes. Healthcare organizations should develop levels of prevention
Strategies in order to ensure health safety of the people. Although there are organizations
which are dissatisfied with the working conditions at there organizations and they are willing
to change the working styles if they are supported by larger organizations. If the strategies are
developed with proper care then it develops the need to increase the quality of health care
providers. In this way, it helps ensure develop right approaches for structuring, and testing
skills for the needed changes in the system and also ensuring regular reviews and renewals of
the strategies and plans.
“A quality health service is one which organizes resources in the most effective way to meet
the health needs of those most in need, for prevention and care, safely, without waste and
within higher level requirements”.
Most plans and approaches direct to enhance the facilities which a patient receives in a health
care facility (the healthcare service perspective). But we know that the most unsafe periods
of care are transition points between professions and services and many quality problems
occur at the boundaries between services. There is therefore a choice to define quality and
safety as how well different services work together for an entire episode of care (the system
of care/continuity of care perspective). Even
oader than this, some strategies aim to
improve services to citizens who are not yet patients and define the quality of a health system
as including prevention and health promotion services to populations...
