The quality of global and local disease prevention programs depends on Health care organisations should empower the individuals to shoulder the personal responsibility for their own self health by reducing health risks caused by various form. Individuals following healthy practices and get trained from specialty health organisations towards healthy eating habits, managing stress, positive thoughts, etc stands first in preventing diseases. Most importantly, individuals should use resources towards health care by adequately obtaining immunizations recommended by their physician, proper and scheduled physical examinations, and periodical health screenings will prevent disease to a large extent
