Optimum utilization of resources is the key to success and improved profit margins. In the present scenario, the hospital wants to expand its patient inflow and other related activities but is constrained by the space available and thus we feel that there is too much thought going for the hospital in terms of layering of various roles wherein different heads/roles are involved in giving their inputs on various parameters (Snee, 2018). This approach takes off the speed with which work should have been done and completed and could be bureaucratic.
