	Sweetened and carbonated beverages have been very popular amongst students since the middle of the 20th century. Though, these drinks are extremely tasty, fizzy and soothing, but are extremely bad for the health, as they are packed with a lot of sugar. Refined sugar is known as white poison and its regular intake can damage each and every organ of the human body, over a period of time. According to Bawadi et al. (2019), it is also responsible for diabetes and increased blood sugar levels in young adults. In this assignment, a brief on the methods and theories of sugar intake reduction, will be given.
