Our case is a pediatric primary care clinic that is interested in acquiring the Welch Allyn Spot Vision Screener to improve their current vision screening capabilities. The economic analysis is described below: 	Cost comparison of current screening methods with use of the Spot Vision Screener: 	 		Assumtions: 		 			Fixed costs for the pediatric clinic will remain the same 			Registered nurses (RNs) will conduct the screening and documentation 			Normal screening method is used once a year for 1000 patients aged 3-18 years old during their annual well child visit. 		 		 		Current Method: Cost estimates 		 			According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics the average wage for nurses (Registered Nurses) working in a doctor’s office is $31.42 per hour (Bureau of Labor Statistics, 2016). intending to acquire Welch Allyn Spot Vision Screener for purposes of enhancing

In this regard the approach or method best suitable to undertake this study is the cost
