Your draft Chapter should:

There are critical linkages between an organization’s mission, objectives and goals, and 
the development and implementation of strategic planning. It is noteworthy that an 
organization’s mission statement “communicates the organization’s reason for being, and how it 
aims to serve its key stakeholders” (Libraries, n.d.), and in the process of conveying such aspects 
the mission statement eventually outlines and links itself to the vision of the company and to its 
objectives and goals. It is very much essential for an organization to sustain parity and linkage 
between its mission, vision, goals and objectives in order to determine the right strategy for 
growth and development and to ensure its effective implementation. In the concerned case study 
it has been found that the lack of parity between the aforesaid organizational aspects has put 
many of the suburban community hospital’s services at stake.  
Analyzing the case it has been found that there is a thorough need to put emphasis on the 
agendas of the various internal and external organizational stakeholders, and there is a need of 
integrating stakeholders’ needs and agendas into the business development strategy. In the case 
of the Community Hospital it has been observed how an organization can put itself into utter 
dilemma by undermining the value of linking the needs and agendas of the internal stakeholders 
with the needs and agendas of the external stakeholders.
