Organizations usually craft their leaders based on their mission statement and their code of
conduct. The people and the employees perceive the organization from what is spoken about
within the organization about the way the organization functions. The organization where I work
is easily one of the most well illustrated workplaces on how it functions. Leadership abides by
what is spoken about and drafted in the mission statement. The mission statement is so long that
it can easily be misconstrued and misinterpreted. Organizations do say that their mission
statement is one of the most lucid ones but it is seldom applicable to the top management or to
