Introduction
    This report deals with the different skills, opportunities, strengths and weaknesses of the personal leaders. The leadership style has been examined in this report. My DISC profile has been observed in order to understand the potential of my leadership. I also get to know about my strengths and weaknesses and how they can be co
ected. Thus with the progress of the report, I will get a better understanding of my leadership style.
Discussion of DISC Profile Results
DISC stands for the four important quality in a leader. They are dominance, influence, steadiness and compliance of leaders. In order to give the right instructions to the team or to guide the team members to the right path, the leader needs to have all these characteristics. DISC profile shows the exact percentage of these four qualities within one person. According to Prochaska, Sampayo and Carter (2015), the presence of an appropriate amount of all these elements is very important to be there in order to consider the person a good leader. The DISC profile should be interpreted in order to know the exact potential of a person as a personal leader.
My DISC profile shows that there is a high influence with high steadiness. This type of profiles is known as the counsellor profile. According to me, I am a very friendly and confident leader. As the profile shows my steadiness as a leader is very high. If as a leader I am not that steady then it can hurt the subordinates. Besides that, the influence of a leader should be there to inspire and motivate the people working under the leader. I think I have a positive influence on the fellow employees of my team.
However, I think I have to develop some more skills....
