The patient works at a chemical refinery; this was an occupational injury after an explosion at the plant. You receive the following report from the trauma burn ICU nurse, “Situation is Glenn Massey is now stable to be transferred to the floor. Background is patient was admitted 7 days ago after an occupation injury resulting in burns to 18% of his body. Patient arrived via ambulance in critical condition and was intubated upon arrival. The assessment is vital signs are BP: 142/91, T: 99.4 F, 37.4 C, P: 102, R: 28, PaO2: 96% on room air. Patient is AAO x4. He is receiving 5mg Morphine IV q3 hours PRN for pain control. IV at 150 mL/hr D5 ½ NS to a right subclavian. Foley catheter is draining clear urine, I&O in chart. Patient requires dressing changes every shift. Recommendation is patient is ready to be transferred to the floor, and will need strict wound isolation. Family has been notified of his transfer, and patient believes he can return to work in a few days.”

Medical History
Glenn was suffering from AAO X4 Disease. And, he taking 5 MG Morphine IV in every q3 hours for PRN for the pain control. Sufferers who have been taking at minimum 2000 mg Pro of morphine, 1000 mg Pol of codeine, 2000 mg PO of hydromorphone, or a granted to the federal dosage of some other drug for more than one week have been deemed painkiller.
Surgical History:
Patient has burns around 18% of his body. Patient has burned the area, his arm is totally burn and the upper torso of anterior part. He has suffering too much pain and buring sensation. The objective to take part is burned area. Be he recommended for wound isolation.
Social History
He is working in a chemical factory. He is recovering with his disese and will return to his work.
Chief Complaint :
He has burned and he was in very serious condition. As per the call of ambulance he has admitted to the hospital soon.
His body was paining and having burning sensation.
Admitting Diagnosis:
As soon as he reached hospital he diagnosed with type of burn. He was burned with larege part of body. He went under the diagnosis of cause of this skin burned and destrored. And may chance of infection, whether it infected or out of dangerous.
