    Due to the surge of the global pandemic, there has been a havoc rise in the number of patients worldwide. The situation of Texas is no different from the rest of the world. The hospitals and the healthcare centres located in Texas are undergoing a lot of pressure arisen due to the increased burden of the covid infected patients. However, the glaring issue of inadequate staffing of the nurses is wreaking havoc in the hospitals and healthcare centres of Texas. All the parties are being affected as a result of the inadequate staffing of the nurses. From the perspective of the nurses, it can be said that, the limited number of nurses who are working in the hospitals of Texas are being ove
urdened as a result of the excessive pressure of the increased number of patients.
In addition to that, the nurses are feeling completely burnt out as a result of the excess workload in the hospitals and healthcare centres. They are also not being properly compensated in the purview of financial raise in their usual salaries, as a result of which, their interest in work is getting gradually diminished. The nurses who are undergoing the extreme rate of pressure in the hospitals, are also showing instances of mental problems, such as stress, anxiety, depression and so on.
