Introduction
	Tuberculosis (TB) is one of the diseases, which also present and ancient ages and still among the deadliest disease which effecting humankind and imposed major health issues in economic, health and social burden in global terms. There is still lack of effective vaccine even world struggle it from long term due to expensive drug research, limited diagnostic tools. Due to social stigma of TB, most of the people from developing or poor countries are unaware about the consequences of disease. In the last twenty century health authorities and governments renews their interest in TB that is why is low cases if death from TB occurs.  However, it has been accepted that only if we increases our understanding of pathogen and how it is capable of possessed infection can only be key to find the solution of this ancient disease. More than 100 year ago, R. Koch, which was one of the first, studied TB and most disease studied at that time.
Mycobacterium Tuberculosis 
	The TB is caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis species and complex caused TB is MTBC, which includes Mtb gene, the etiologic agent of tuberculosis in humans. After decoding the approx. 4Mbp genome of gives us the new era by understanding the tubercle bacillus, with the identification of new properties of bacteria and reconstruction of history of Mtb as global level. Mtb first emerges in South Africa as pathogen around 70,000 years ago and after that, it spread throughout the world by human migration accordingly. The ancient tuberculosis strains evolved through natural selection procedure known as bottle neck, so its capable of persisting low density population and bale to cause disease after being latent for so many years. Tuberculosis also transfers to animal known as M. bovis and emerges as a pathogen in wild and domestic animals. The tuberculosis strain spread individual to individual and became more virulent and abe to cause epidemic which still faces as a problem.
