Introduction
    Tuberculosis (TB) is one of the diseases, which also present and ancient ages and still among the deadliest disease which effecting humankind and imposed major health issues in economic, health and social burden in global terms. There is still lack of effective vaccine even world struggle it from long term due to expensive drug research, limited diagnostic tools. Due to social stigma of TB, most of the people from developing or poor countries are unaware about the consequences of disease. In the last twenty century health authorities and governments renews their interest in TB that is why is low cases if death from TB occurs. However, it has been accepted that only if we increases our understanding of pathogen and how it is capable of possessed infection can only be key to find the solution of this ancient disease. More than 100 year ago, R. Koch, which was one of the first, studied TB and most disease studied at that time.
Mycobacterium Tuberculosis
    The TB is caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis species and complex caused TB is MTBC, which includes Mtb gene, the etiologic agent of tuberculosis in humans.
