• Evaluation process for the Admission Essay
To complete the admission requirements, the student must submit a 2-4 page Essay, in which she describes her aptitude as a student to pursue graduate studies in mental health counseling. The Essay must demonstrate the student's aptitudes to study the profession of Clinical Mental Health Counseling, writing and analysis skills to complete an academic degree at the master's level. The minimum score required to pass the essay is 40 points out of a maximum of 50 points.
• General instructions for writing the Essay
1. You will be presented with three guiding questions that you answer in essay form. The essay should not exceed four (4) pages.
2. The format of the essay will be as follows: Times New Roman font, 12 points, double spaced, with margin to the left of the paper must be aligned and the right one free. In the center of the first page and in bold type the title of the essay. The initial line of each paragraph will be indented 5 spaces. Number each page on the top right.
