Introduction  
 
The main objective of different welfare model is to provide different services to fulfil their 
basic needs. However, health care service is the most important service required by the 
people; beside this majority of the welfare model budget is also allocated towards 
development of health care services in the region (Baldock, et al., 2012). However, the 
problem lies in actual delivery of services under different welfare model. This essay is 
focused towards understanding different type of health care system, analyze them and 
evaluate how national health system is best among all. This concept will be analyzed in 
context to Europe ad UK health care system.  
Discussion  
 
Different types of national health system are as follow;  
Entrenched 
 
This is the most generous type of health care system, it can be regarded as a social health care 
system, in which state participation is high and public sector provides majority of the funding 
in this model. Under this model, the role of private sector in health car management is very 
low. Major source of funding in this model is through taxation policies.  
Corporatist care  
 
In this type of health care system joint effort of private and public management takes place; 
this is managed through social insurance system, under which the participation of 
government is very low (Twaddle, 2002).
