 It is very crucial to understand that relationship between health welfare and poverty is very 
strong and cyclic in nature; one follows the other. According to world health organization 
maintaining equality in health welfare in the society will help in reducing poverty and foster 
growth in the economy; as poor health can influence the saving of the individual adversely 
leading to further deprivation and increment in poverty. It is true that all four factors are 
important in social policies that are need, welfare state, inequalities and poverty; further these 
factors are also interrelated with each other (Baldock, et al., 2012). Fulfilment of one factor 
fully will help in overcoming other problem also.  
For instance in the year 1995, Census Bureau in USA implemented food Security 
Supplement, which aimed at analyzing food poverty and hunger in the state. This type of 
program helps in understanding food insecurity and unavailability problems in the region.
