Hey, for this interview, I have chosen to discuss it with my aunt Emily Blunt (this is a pseudonym) who has a heart attack survivor at the age of 42. What started as a normal day couple of years ago changed her life forever! She screamed and jolted awake in the middle of the afternoon by what she explains as crushing chest pain, sort of a paralysing pain down at her left side from her jaw to her arm. While in the ambulance she realised she is under the worst fear of all the time, EMT team told her she was perhaps having high degree of right-side heart attack. I remember she explaining her experience of looking at he ceiling of the ambulance and praying to almighty, begging her mother in the heaven and all the guardian angels to help her sail through and allow her to live. Her prayers were answered as she was admitted immediately to multi-specialty hospital by my uncle Ben and with the help of experienced doctors and nurse, my aunt was able to survive and today living healthy life. Hence, today she is trying to make the difference in life of others who might have slightest chance to fall in the trap of heart strokes and heart diseases. She speaks about her experience and learning thinking her journey can help others and make a positive impact in their life. Truly, she is an inspiration for me and many aspiring professional in healthcare domain when they find patients or individuals like her who actually applies concepts we learnt in the class in real life applications, encourage others to be

Heart diseases is one of the leading reasons for death in both women and men killing millions of people all across the world.
The framework leveraged to outline the priorities is Roper-Logan-Tierney (RLT) model of nursing independence to dependence continuum. This model offers descriptive picture of practice that holistically shapes the practical strategies which can be implemented. Essentially, this model concentrates energy and attention on activities that needs to be implemented everyday which can result into required result. If any of the activities are not taken into consideration and are neglected then it is quite probable that individual will suffer the ill-health. Indeed, this conceptual framework is quite powerful when implemented at the ground level taking into consideration between different components of the model.
Goals associated with each care priority with focus on patient centred care
First and foremost, priorities are to maintain a healthy diet with more proteins and less of fats. After the surgery and with ongoing medications, the patients are likely to lose their appetite. Hence, it is critical to have balanced diet at regular intervals of time. Absolutely no use of spices and oily food and mostly boiled food should be consumed. One may see that you have a helpless hunger and find that food has lost its flavour. One feeling of...
